Since 1968, the Boffa family has poured passion into traditional, terroir-driven wines from their small holding amid the rolling Langhe hills (UNESCO World Heritage). Carlo Boffa handles viticulture and administration, wife Laura manages the welcoming Casa Boffa guesthouse, and their son Gabriele Boffa—a trained oenologist who joined in 2014—oversees production, winemaking, and global outreach. Together, they create elegant Nebbiolo reds, vibrant whites, and joyful blends that capture Piedmont's nuances: fresh when young, profound with age, and perfectly suited to hearty local fare.
This intimate evening will be elevated by special guest Gabriele Boffa, who will personally present the wines, sharing stories from the vineyard to the bottle and insights into the family's traditional yet innovative approach. The food and pairings will be guided by chef & sommelier Michael Flaherty.
